Largely surrounded by the National Forest, the ranch offers direct forest entry from virtually all directions. And not a condo or convenience store in sight! The widely known and highly regarded ranching community of Steamboat Springs is just 45 minutes away from major league skiing and golf, and even shopping, if you must. |

| Rates: | $2900 to $3600 for 7 days. For your ease and convenience, our rates are all-inclusive. The reasons for this are simple. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts and other ranches, we set a rate and do not nickel and dime our guests. If you are comparing rates, look closely. We lay it out clearly as to what is included, and what is not. And we do not add a service charge or gratuity onto your bill at checkout. |

| Deposit: | A 25% deposit is required to hold most reservations. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be returned less a $100 fee if your space is rebooked, or you can apply it toward a stay the following winter or summer. |

| Lodging: | Vista Verde style is first class, and friendly, whether our guests select to stay in a private cabin or deluxe lodge room. The quiet, luxurious cabins range from one to three bedrooms and one to three bathrooms with living rooms, wood stoves and private hot tubs out on the deck. The spacious lodge rooms are very convenient and have sitting areas, balconies and gorgeous mountain views. Amenities include snack bars, refrigerators stocked with complimentary beverages, coffee makers, hairdryers, robes, plus much more. Daily maid service is included. And you read it right, there are no phones or TV's in the accommodations. |
| Kids' Program: | At Vista Verde, we pride ourselves in our fabulous childrens' program. If your kids aren't happy, you're not happy, so we put a lot of effort, thought and resources into making their stay extra special. The focus of our program is for families with children 6 years and up. Over the years, we have learned that this age range suits our program and set up best. It's not that we don't like the little ones, it's just that it's not as great of an experience for all when they are younger. In some situations, we are able to make an exception and make it work out to have a family with younger children. |
| Food/Dining: | Our guests have told us the cuisine at Vista Verde Ranch is second-to-none. In fact, it is a major reason they keep coming back! Three bountiful meals per day are prepared by our talented chefs and served in our inviting lodge, on the sun deck or on the trail. Our professionally trained chefs are adept at every offering from checkered tablecloth cookouts to white tablecloth fine dining, from cowboy coffee to creme brulee, and from what pleases the kids to what satisfies mom. Our dining experience strikes the balance between ranchy and fancy. We mix it up so some meals are casual and served family style while others are more formal, multi-course dining events. What is the same is the high level of attention to quality, freshness and creativity. Yes, Vista Verde is a luxury ranch, but we're also just a ranch. We try to represent that with the food that we serve and the style in which we serve it. To do that, Chef Robert and his staff use the freshest ingredients and creative preparations to make even a casual cookout have a flair of gourmet.
