| Location: | Colorado's highest guest ranch at 9,600 feet. Located in the heart of the Colorado Rockies. Sixteen miles outside of the quaint town of Buena Vista. Known as the White Water Capital of Colorado and also home to the largest collection of 14er's in the lower 48 states. A 10 mile dirt road is your gateway to adventure. Ranch is completely surrounded by the San Isabel National Forest. Remote ranch with off-the-beaten path charm. |

| Deposit: | We request a deposit of $600 per person. The deposit is refundable (less 10% administrative fee) if notice of cancellation is received at least 60 days in advance of arrival date. |

| Transportation: | As a convenience to our guests who may not be driving or renting a car, we offer airport, Amtrak, or hotel pickup and return to Denver each Sunday. The charge is $325 roundtrip per family group of five or less. Denver pick up is at 12:30 p.m. and return by 11:30 a.m. each Sunday. Please plan your travel schedule accordingly. |

| Lodging: | The Main Lodge houses facilities for dining, a lodge room with large fireplace, loads of games and puzzles, piano, library, enclosed porch and sun deck. |
| Kids' Program: | We are a very family-oriented guest ranch. In concert with our regular ranch activity program we offer a full kids' program for children ages 3-7 years of age. Two children's counselors will offer youngsters a supervised, fun-filled day of activity. Children 8 and older are usually able to participate in our regular ranch activities, but are always welcome to join this program. |
| Food/Dining: | Our superb, varied, & full-course meals will delight both hearty and discerning appetites, and are sure to be a highlight. Trail ride cookouts, steak fry, country candlelight supper, and fabulous desserts. Children's items offered (we have kids too!) Relax on the lodge deck before dinner and enjoy our daily appetizers. Coffee, teas, cocoa, fresh fruit and bottomless cookie jar always available. Special diets and special occasions are happily accommodated. |
